oh and btw just a quick note, phrona said that the shell had turned rubbery but what really happened is that the vinegar dissalved the shell (and what little bit remained I was able to rub off) and the only thing holding it together is a thin semi-transparant membrane. lol. just thought I'd add that. hehe :)

we now have swords!!!!!!!!!!!! well actually mom got them for the little kids but I'm sure thy wont mind us borrowing them when we do the play. ;) anyway their plastic but strudy. and it'll work much better then sticks!
